Rather than build a greenfield plant and wait years for output, Amnis Tech is pursuing the acquisition of an existing manufacturing facility — buying tooling, trained trades and a commissioned production line, and converting them to aerial systems.

An operating facility shortens time-to-volume from years to months and de-risks the production ramp.

Modular production

Off-the-shelf equipment at each step, so lines re-tool between airframe families instead of being rebuilt.
