Samuel A. Epstein is the CEO and President of TGI Solar Power Group, Inc. (TSPG), bringing over four decades of deep technical and leadership experience spanning global geosciences, financial services, and sustainable energy development. As a Certified Professional Geologist, he leverages his scientific background to direct TGI's strategic shift into clean energy.
He has spearheaded major initiatives such as the Yucatan Smart City project in Mexico, nuclear micro-energy partnerships, and sustainable waste management systems. Before leading TGI, Samuel built a highly successful career in the alternative investment space, serving as Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch and First Vice President at Morgan Stanley.
Daniel Brody offers over 30 years of elite experience in developing, expanding, and updating enterprise-grade software systems, digital identity solutions, and logistics infrastructures. As the innovative architect behind the AXERP and AI frameworks, he has effectively led multiple generations of proprietary platforms from initial ideas to national rollout.
In his dual role, Daniel manages TGI's overall technological strategies while actively leading the development of the AXINOD™ computing system and the AXIOMAXUS™ logistics platform. With an executive business education from Schulich ExecEd, he excels at integrating crucial physical infrastructure with cutting-edge cryptographic security networks.
Adam Yang is a Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of corporate finance, accounting, and audit experience across both emerging startups and public entities. He has managed financial operations and internal controls for companies such as ADT, Office Depot, and Envision Physician Services.
Mr. Yang previously served as a financial controller within the solar energy sector, designing GAAP-compliant internal accounting systems from the ground up. He manages TGI's compliance with reporting frameworks, structured joint-venture financing, and capital audits.

Shimon Weinman is a multilingual nuclear executive with senior leadership experience at Westinghouse, Duke Energy, and Israel Electric Corporation. A licensed professional engineer, he led implementation for the first AP1000 reactor builds in the United States — navigating the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and directing multi-billion-dollar EPC teams across switchyard, cooling tower, and digital asset programmes.
Dr. Vivek Dave advises on materials science and process technology, bringing MIT-trained research depth to the group’s resource recovery and advanced materials programmes — from cold-chemistry biorefining through to composite and construction-grade output streams.
Izzy Reich advises on investment banking, capital structure, and transaction execution. A Doctor of Law, he supports the group’s public-market strategy, subsidiary structuring, and cross-border financing across the portfolio.
